National Rehab Helpline operates this directory to help people find drug rehab centers and other substance use treatment options. Our goal is practical: gather treatment program information in one place so you can compare choices and reach out to a center that fits your situation. We are not a treatment provider ourselves, and we do not diagnose conditions or recommend one specific program over another.

How This Directory Works

The directory collects information about drug rehab centers and related treatment services so you can search by location and service type. Each program entry shows what we know from our sources, which include public records such as the California Department of Health Care Services list of licensed substance use disorder treatment facilities and the federal treatment locator maintained at FindTreatment.gov. Because our information comes from outside sources, details can change, and a program may have updated its services, intake process, or availability since we last checked.

Always confirm specifics directly with a center before making decisions. We do not rank programs, and appearance in the directory is not a statement about quality or fit.
